I LOST 2 POUNDS !! I can not believe it !! I had my weigh in this morning and was so excited to see that. However, I am such a non believer in having diets work. I just hope this continues. I followed everything right again today and have never been so bloated !! haha...but I am doing it !! I also never went to the bathroom as much as I did today !! Well, I am off to bed, I will check in tomorrow with results from my next weigh in !! Good night !!

I had my first appointment at Physician's Weight Loss Center this morning. I had a weigh in and got my vitamins. I also started the actual diet. I am only allowed 3 cups a tea and 2 cans of diet Dr. Pepper. However, I have to drink 64 ounces of water. So this morning, I started with a cup of tea with a piece of cheese, 1/4 piece of banana and 1/2 cup of milk. In between breakfast and lunch I had one of their protein supplements, a custard creme pudding (NOT BAD). For lunch, I had 3 ozs of chicken, 1/2 cup of broccoli, a protein supplement, a cream of chicken soup (NOT BAD) and 1/4 of banana with a can of diet Dr. Pepper. For dinner I had 3 ozs of chicken, 1/2 cup of broccoli, 1/3 cup of brown rice and a protein supplement, sloppy joe, mixed in with the rice (AGAIN, NOT BAD). With dinner, I had a can of diet Dr. Pepper. Then at 9:00, I had my last protein supplement, another pudding. I DID drink 64 ozs of water today so I am very proud of myself. We'll see how this works.
